Lunch was easy to make and it tasted really fresh and had plenty of flavor. It was pretty filling as well. 2 large handfuls of spinach with a tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil and balsamic vinegar with 1/4 chopped onion and 1/2 sliced tomato and a dill pickle spear cut up. I grilled a chicken breast and cut into pieces, tossed it all up into a fresh salad and chowed down. Great success!
