Day 1 (afternoon)
Just got done grocery shopping! My cart over-floweth with the bounties of fresh produce, poultry, eggs and the like. I made sure grab plenty of chicken breast, 2 salmon filets and some tuna filets to change up the taste. I grabbed eggs, skim milk, almonds, dried cranberries, bananas, apples, prunes. The diet calls for spinach every day so I grabbed 2 very large bags of that along with onions and tomatoes. Dill pickles made it in there as well as applesauce and a few other spices and oils such as extra virgin olive oil. I spent a good amount of money ($138.57) because like I posted earlier, I literally had nothing in my fridge or pantry.
